Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser FMC671Z/676Z parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ess products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ero parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Epcos product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ess such as the 56047816 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F48 manufactured by Ero and we are pleased to be able to service most Ero systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B84143A0120R105 by Manufacturer Epcos as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Enercon Brand LM349702 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nsk such as ESMY2020T25 equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1763 made by Epson as well as the popular NEAT230NEAT230NEAT230 original spares produced by Matrix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKP338InputOutput by Epson and ESMY2020T25 spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPU95 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Altronic.
