Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser FTM260-G2D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Entek-Ird products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress--Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Force-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Entek-Ird such as the 44445 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FMB701L000FMB70 manufactured by Endress--Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress--Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 350EB20000001 by Manufacturer Force-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand A2900756X022 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gds-Corporation such as 100247 equipment made by Gds-Corporation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gds-Corporation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gds-Corporation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FR72 made by Fluid-Components-Inc. as well as the popular 75390040002 original spares produced by Foxboro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44C331890G01 by Ge and 100247 spares by Gds-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ES1CCA11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Entegris.
