Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser FTM260-G2D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress--Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eurotherm product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress--Hauser such as the CPS71D7BU51 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 159321 manufactured by Gems and we are pleased to be able to service most Gems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2216ECCVHTHTCOB2XXEM by Manufacturer Eurotherm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Flowdata Brand IS16001GF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Exo such as 2695127 equipment made by Exo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Exo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Exo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 13A1MK2 made by Foxboro as well as the popular A2900561V531 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 70820 by Gems and 2695127 spares by Exo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IA3000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer F.w.-Bell-/-Sypris.
