Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Exlar GSX30-1405-MDX-AB7-368 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Facts-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Facts-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Falk product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Facts-Engineering such as the F008ADH1DL0506 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30516DC manufactured by Facts-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Facts-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4407J25A by Manufacturer Falk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Exlar Brand GSX400805MMLAB9368RBFGXL58044 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fadal such as 17901 equipment made by Fadal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fadal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fadal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9310W12 made by Fafnir as well as the popular ELE1071 original spares produced by Fadal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CNC8020M by Fagor and 17901 spares by Fadal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 40512ABM1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
