Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the DV1234 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZMC13 manufactured by Oriental and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R88DUT40H by Manufacturer Omron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Festo Brand DPZ2580PA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Load such as PFR1500 equipment made by Load have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Load products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Load" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FRE72001K made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular MRC20A original spares produced by Mitsubishi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LDS1CD by Oriental and PFR1500 spares by Load are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
