Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RBG1 manufactured by Fafnir and we are pleased to be able to service most Fafnir systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fagor Brand hp3600d2002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as FX2021N1 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 75C202B made by Falk as well as the popular PS25B4 original spares produced by Fagor
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A6608007T048L7R403 by Fanuc and FX2021N1 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
