Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Falk 2040FZ3A-125 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Browning products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brecoflex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Stearns product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Browning such as the 3MVP55B69X158 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 38TK10K138100VPAZ manufactured by Brecoflex and we are pleased to be able to service most Brecoflex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 310340100FED by Manufacturer Stearns as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aeg Brand 31RB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as 280DM7A equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 324B64D made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 30AC560LF original spares produced by Electra-gear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 237Q140LR5 by Morse and 280DM7A spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 284159BERNARD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Naval.
