Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A860-0202-T001,A16B-1310-0381/01A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Avg-Uticor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the ATV58EU90N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AS584L221 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AC240T by Manufacturer Avg-Uticor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micromotion Brand CMF050M313NU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as DS3800HMPK1L1K equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DIA1010 made by Notifier-Co as well as the popular BUM60ASM0110B original spares produced by Baumuller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDS021W100DS0100 by Indramat and DS3800HMPK1L1K spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D486460 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
