Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc D050S1/A06B-0512-B501 #8008 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Denso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barrett-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Denso product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Denso such as the HS45552EGMRC7MHSG4BABPTPRC7M1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8072991R1 manufactured by Barrett-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Barrett-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RC3HX4AB by Manufacturer Denso as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Deltavision Brand S4P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delta-Tau such as 603712106 equipment made by Delta-Tau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta-Tau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta-Tau" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VS6556B made by Denso as well as the popular 603731102 original spares produced by Delta-Tau

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NC4 by Demag and 603712106 spares by Delta-Tau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KBA71A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Demag.
