Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Festo DGE-25-450-ZR-RF-LV-RK-GK-KG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fisher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fisher product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher such as the CP701X1FA6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP701X1FA1 manufactured by Fisher and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12P1122X022 by Manufacturer Fisher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fhp-Leeson Brand C6T7NC320A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fisherporter-Abb such as 34053U equipment made by Fisherporter-Abb have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DNC4060PAK by Festo and 34053U spares by Fisherporter-Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
