Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Filter Sense EM30LGX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gurley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Georg-Fischer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gurley such as the 1137S02048Q5L01C18SQ02EN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RON705000018000 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P51530T0 by Manufacturer Georg-Fischer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hamilton Brand 242427 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as EQN42560538101 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LZ101402 made by Flow-Line as well as the popular PE60612NO original spares produced by Gordon-Engineering-Corp.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33235857 by Heidenhain and EQN42560538101 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PTX1835 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
