Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Firetrol Inc FTA330-K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cerus products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cerus such as the MRD1824 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP4K0601BW3 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LP2D12004EDORLP2D12004 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand LEN00B004240A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as Size06222 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LC2D0901G6 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular LC2D09G7 original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SN150 by Mitsubishi and Size06222 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TC1D3811L6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shamrock.
