Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fisher Rosemount 400-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Measurex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Texas-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Measurex such as the 51402797100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 445370040 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5551104 by Manufacturer Texas-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand 50V4060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Liebert such as 415761G2 equipment made by Liebert have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Liebert products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Liebert" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5760017768S2PEP made by Diagraph as well as the popular 5602125 original spares produced by Texas-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 57C442A by Baldor and 415761G2 spares by Liebert are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5585KPMPP5000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
