Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fluid Power Division PMC-20T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tk-Valve products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Axiomtek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tk-Valve such as the R153546 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKiiP82AC12T1 manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RevA4 by Manufacturer Axiomtek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micro-Motion Brand R025S113NCAAEZZZZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Seco-Drives such as Q70225 equipment made by Seco-Drives have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Seco-Drives products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Seco-Drives" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SKB3310 made by Semikron as well as the popular RL1250N55 original spares produced by Rice-Lake

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SERVOPACKCONTROLLER by Yaskawa and Q70225 spares by Seco-Drives are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKCH4016 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semikron.
