Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Foxboro IGP10-D20D1F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Guardstar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Get-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Georg-Fischer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Guardstar such as the BS0330SRBS0330SE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E84OpticalTransceiver3FTCable manufactured by Get-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Get-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P51530T0 by Manufacturer Georg-Fischer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fozmula Brand TLL13001D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as 426360008S1209 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 568B222G3 made by Ge as well as the popular 100248 original spares produced by Gds-Corporation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 511B3G by Hercules and 426360008S1209 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 38542018 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
