Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fuji-Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fristam-Pumps parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji-Fanuc such as the 6DI50A060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FL2 manufactured by Fristam-Pumps and we are pleased to be able to service most Fristam-Pumps systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3734 by Manufacturer Ge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gates Brand 2560M30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 125D5339G0004 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available V9100iC made by Fuji as well as the popular 96JP01ZZ original spares produced by Furnas-Mitsubishi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 115D2273P2 by Ge and 125D5339G0004 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0549D0497G1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
