Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric 4NC0A010 TR13EW SZ-ZM1 SZZM1 SC11AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schmersal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Csi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schmidt product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schmersal such as the SEPG053402295E1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 33068501D manufactured by Csi and we are pleased to be able to service most Csi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5098662 by Manufacturer Schmidt as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand 8903SVG2V02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modicon such as 140CFG01600 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available b3920 made by Andover-Controls as well as the popular M513351 original spares produced by Scheda-Elettronica

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D0184100 by Modicon and 140CFG01600 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ADEP100580000C03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider.
