Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric FVR008G5-2FK parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fuji-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fusion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fuji-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji-Electric such as the FVR055G54ZNU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 38036 manufactured by Fusion and we are pleased to be able to service most Fusion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Mpf2115a by Manufacturer Fuji-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge Brand 5KCR48WN0292B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fusion such as 16S equipment made by Fusion have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available QMA128 made by Futek as well as the popular Furnascombinationstarter original spares produced by Furnas

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40DP32ASERB by Furnas and 16S spares by Fusion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14IB32AA8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas.
