Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji FMD-3AC-21A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lauda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Compumotor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lauda such as the LCB155 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MHD115C024PG0AA manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPM11421009 by Manufacturer Compumotor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand JANCDYCP01AE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumitomo such as JA760874AC equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LMV51040B1 made by Siemens as well as the popular MHF368002364 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IS7200C11 by Cognex and JA760874AC spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JZNCYPS02E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
