Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Furnas 22DS32AE6 W/ 48ASD3M20 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gai-Tronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Furuno product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the 96KG04ZA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TP4512A8YN6 manufactured by Gai-Tronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Gai-Tronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BR540 by Manufacturer Furuno as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Furnas Brand FURNAS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Garvens such as 646183303 equipment made by Garvens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Garvens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Garvens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AT6500C517A1A1A4F0 made by Garf-syteco as well as the popular FX3G14MRES original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 577045 by Gastech and 646183303 spares by Garvens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14GF32AA71 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas.
