Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Galil Motion DMC-2180 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the EMR3000B0IA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS200ACNAG1A manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HLD3400 by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asea Brand FEP311040A1S1A1B0A1A0A1A3C1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ite such as FD63B150PC4754 equipment made by Ite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FZ2500 made by Omron as well as the popular DS3800NPSM original spares produced by Electric

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HOG10D1024I by Baumer and FD63B150PC4754 spares by Ite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
