Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gates Super HC 8V2500 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hansen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Helwig parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Grove product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hansen such as the QHPF3RLN63 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSI17 manufactured by Helwig and we are pleased to be able to service most Helwig systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DVLM826900D56C by Manufacturer Grove as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Good-Year Brand B2660 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Grove such as 50023 equipment made by Grove have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grove products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grove" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5VX560 made by Good-Year as well as the popular 5410889 original spares produced by Helwig

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B2621 by Grove and 50023 spares by Grove are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BH40200104121 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hasse-Gear.
