Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC67CP731P parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gfg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gould product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the M1302117 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GMA manufactured by Gfg and we are pleased to be able to service most Gfg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A821C148D1N00S by Manufacturer Gould as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has George-Kovacs Brand P11775L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gec-Alsthom such as CMS equipment made by Gec-Alsthom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gec-Alsthom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gec-Alsthom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FT148D made by Global-Laser-Technology-Solutions as well as the popular IS200BPIHH original spares produced by Ge-Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M13014022 by Giddings--Lewis and CMS spares by Gec-Alsthom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
