Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gec Alsthom T5C4DR1205 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gemini-Valve products, including obsoleted and phased-out Graham parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gtr product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gemini-Valve such as the A422 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GT4CN1STR0DLF00A00 manufactured by Graham and we are pleased to be able to service most Graham systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G3LM2210T040 by Manufacturer Gtr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Grossenbacher Brand 5050500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gmr such as 29841 equipment made by Gmr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gmr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gmr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TLK made by Gtt as well as the popular 4013420522 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTR0003G by Glentek and 29841 spares by Gmr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
