Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gems 195056 195056-ULS-50 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Goyen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heise parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Goyen such as the RLP31100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 621B1G3870 manufactured by Heise and we are pleased to be able to service most Heise systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C7012E11047 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heidenhain Brand ROD26000018192 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gneub such as DA25012AP50HSOF5RM6P equipment made by Gneub have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gneub products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gneub" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AWM2200v made by Honeywell as well as the popular 9674601 original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FFSB14R104S2G by Honeywell and DA25012AP50HSOF5RM6P spares by Gneub are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
