Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gems IMO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Jai product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the STD924A1H00000MB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 119C9639P0001 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BB141GE by Manufacturer Jai as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Honeywell Brand 060J82901 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as 5006 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8720 made by Hanna as well as the popular 871FT2E1A1CC493A original spares produced by Foxboro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the O2V122 by Ifm and 5006 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3338 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
