Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General Electric 121AV53K3A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Analog-Devices products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pilz product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Analog-Devices such as the ADP121AUJZ12R7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A5E00825002 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 774500 by Manufacturer Pilz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hasco-Relays Brand HAT901ASAC24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kreuter such as BAC131163CW equipment made by Kreuter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kreuter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kreuter" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ARD55112 made by Nais as well as the popular 437390 original spares produced by Pilz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 45012P0X3 by Laurence and BAC131163CW spares by Kreuter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 613009535N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keithley.
