Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General Electric IC5181D101A3BC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hi-g products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hi-g such as the M575713048 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G7SA5A1B manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G3JT217BL by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has National-Instruments Brand 77893C01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Northern-Telecom such as NTAK76AB equipment made by Northern-Telecom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Northern-Telecom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Northern-Telecom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC3655A100A made by General-Electric as well as the popular H5CXANAC100240 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100167906 by Lochinvar and NTAK76AB spares by Northern-Telecom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
