Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis 501-03427-00 502-02954-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gammaflux products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gaumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gai-Tronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gammaflux such as the GA110B00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GMD400101000 manufactured by Gaumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Gaumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 69256001 by Manufacturer Gai-Tronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gast Brand 0211103AG8CX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gam such as 700860 equipment made by Gam have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gam products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gam" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VM271964EV50 made by Ganz as well as the popular KM1703374695 original spares produced by Gam

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7283505 by Gaston-County and 700860 spares by Gam are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6109KSSS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gammaflux.
