Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis 501-04707-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Diagraph products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dwyer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Diagraph such as the 5760017768S2PEP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5020399401R4 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 634ES7 by Manufacturer Dwyer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sensotec Brand 5323904 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moog such as 641204 equipment made by Moog have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moog products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moog" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 509991384R01 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular 506071084R02 original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 54661036 by Woodward and 641204 spares by Moog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 608827067A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
