Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis DSM07 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Guided-Wave products, including obsoleted and phased-out Halstrup-walcher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gildemeister product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Guided-Wave such as the MUX100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PSE manufactured by Halstrup-walcher and we are pleased to be able to service most Halstrup-walcher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 170430302000 by Manufacturer Gildemeister as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hangkai Brand 369546842 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hanna-Instruments such as HI8931DN equipment made by Hanna-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hanna-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hanna-Instruments" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WE70 made by Global-Water as well as the popular P20VM original spares produced by Graco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MP10A by Haenel and HI8931DN spares by Hanna-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gusher.
