Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis DSM75 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Harding-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gse such as the 42067022400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2062 manufactured by Gse and we are pleased to be able to service most Gse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC0635006 by Manufacturer Harding-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Haas Brand OML104 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gli such as 6021PO equipment made by Gli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gli" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2RB510 made by Greenco as well as the popular NPA01 original spares produced by Grundig-Deckel

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PSE341814 by Halstrup-waltcher and 6021PO spares by Gli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 36E2161864 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gusher.
