Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis M.1017.3095 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Glunz--Jensen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gonnheimer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Millipore product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Glunz--Jensen such as the 56039 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SE211 manufactured by Gonnheimer and we are pleased to be able to service most Gonnheimer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PR28B11A3G111PR28B11A3G11150155 by Manufacturer Millipore as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gigatronics Brand 8301A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gmr such as 2954302FD equipment made by Gmr have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TK7902 by Goring and 2954302FD spares by Gmr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B551 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gould.
