Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis MSM215-319-304-S-0KA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Garaventa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gardner-Denver parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gbs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Garaventa such as the 09188REVH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16BLA086AM3 manufactured by Gardner-Denver and we are pleased to be able to service most Gardner-Denver systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GBS8219 by Manufacturer Gbs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge Brand IC693MDL752E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Det-tronics such as CGSS1A6C2R1X006824001 equipment made by Det-tronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Det-tronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Det-tronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E903A made by Gammaflux as well as the popular 204 original spares produced by Garlock

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 15AA0227 by Gd-Bologna and CGSS1A6C2R1X006824001 spares by Det-tronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
