Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gme-system A3 PWE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Harrel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hardinge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hcs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Harrel such as the CR27D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NV0003797AE manufactured by Hardinge and we are pleased to be able to service most Hardinge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HCS3250 by Manufacturer Hcs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gp:50 Brand 370GSBA446 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harland-Simon such as H4890P157 equipment made by Harland-Simon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harland-Simon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harland-Simon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 21BRCX500H20A made by Harowe as well as the popular 52023 original spares produced by Greenlee-Tools

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H4890P1200 by Harland-Simon and H4890P157 spares by Harland-Simon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FIT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hbm.
