Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gmt GBK-35-SLB-J parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hangkai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gould product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hangkai such as the OU201909195217 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GRTMQ81575D56 manufactured by Grove-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC0984380 by Manufacturer Gould as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Goulds Brand ACS550U10384 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gse-Tech-motive such as 48D20001001 equipment made by Gse-Tech-motive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gse-Tech-motive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gse-Tech-motive" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 033080 made by Gordon as well as the popular GB21929 original spares produced by Goss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 175H8865 by Graham and 48D20001001 spares by Gse-Tech-motive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
