Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gordos SM-ODC5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gordos-Solid-state-I/o-Module-Pb-24 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Analog-Devices parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Littelfuse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gordos-Solid-state-I/o-Module-Pb-24 such as the 2085406620 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ADP7182AUJZ50R7 manufactured by Analog-Devices and we are pleased to be able to service most Analog-Devices systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SE400 by Manufacturer Littelfuse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 7SJ62154EP003FE0DD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lexmark such as 40G0811 equipment made by Lexmark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lexmark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lexmark" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KMC made by Kmc as well as the popular 27A1042910111 original spares produced by Leach

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27E46013804C120AR10E1L4115 by Potter and 40G0811 spares by Lexmark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RA890F1478 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
