Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Group3 ControlNet / 16-27B / 16-28 / 16-29A / 1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hall products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nitta-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hach product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hall such as the 32506 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H39759FF503H manufactured by Nitta-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Nitta-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LXV4029900002 by Manufacturer Hach as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Grove Brand 8016047 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Groupe such as XBTMEM16 equipment made by Groupe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Groupe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Groupe" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DPAI1250A made by Halmar as well as the popular DGS6024515A original spares produced by Haltec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8821720CHPAIS by Gurley and XBTMEM16 spares by Groupe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
