Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gurley 25/045-NB16-IA-PPA-VAR1E-AAX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Imagine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the TVM21050220300W1115220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WCS900210A manufactured by Imagine and we are pleased to be able to service most Imagine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDF12150300W1220 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indramat Brand RAC35150460A01W1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Haas such as 6540756 equipment made by Haas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Haas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Haas" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R911270544 made by Indramat as well as the popular TDM14050300W1000 original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CXS0050HPV35G2I1 by Honeywell and 6540756 spares by Haas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CACRSR20BB1BFH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hurco.
