Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gurley Precision Instruments LE18-050C-5L-0320A0000-S120PN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Halmar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Harowe-Servo-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 28480730 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1PCI2060CL0CD manufactured by Halmar and we are pleased to be able to service most Halmar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11BRW300C1 by Manufacturer Harowe-Servo-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hamamatsu Brand H78430 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as 24684206 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AECW made by Haas as well as the popular Proline original spares produced by Helmholz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4063648A by Heidenhain and 24684206 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LXV325992000x Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hach.
