Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hdt / Hunter Mfg 30155 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the 20013040 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK140MF13051000 manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8210G26 by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aes-Seal Brand NP05GGZ20635 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as GHF7521BH equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F202EB made by Ameridrive as well as the popular 630H20005441 original spares produced by Bando

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZST333A00515012A11 by Alpha and GHF7521BH spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GIF0948C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
