Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hitachi 2736-46-133-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Moritex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motorola parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Morse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Moritex such as the MML1HR110D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MVME712103 manufactured by Motorola and we are pleased to be able to service most Motorola systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C87MJ0010 by Manufacturer Morse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Motion-Science Brand 92900040AMP2DCX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mould-Tek such as CACSCIIO1596 equipment made by Mould-Tek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mould-Tek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mould-Tek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SRBMSILK3A made by Mori-Seiki as well as the popular J91NJ4494 original spares produced by Morse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B006US080LA99900A by Morin and CACSCIIO1596 spares by Mould-Tek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
