Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Honeywell STF128-R2H-01530-LP.S1.TC.F1C3-814F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micromotion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jeol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Marel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromotion such as the DS300S155SU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP00327600 manufactured by Jeol and we are pleased to be able to service most Jeol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1510 by Manufacturer Marel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Leuze Brand 18A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mayr such as 48911241SO equipment made by Mayr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mayr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mayr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3E97980C made by Kitamura as well as the popular SM656A42414FP original spares produced by Hyde

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D50201 by Jdk and 48911241SO spares by Mayr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MX1BB12R6L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Idec.
