Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hub #0220-74208 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hub products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittenstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ogel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hub such as the 022078176 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 070ML15 manufactured by Wittenstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittenstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1219231J by Manufacturer Ogel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lenze Brand 126921615 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hub such as 022193990 equipment made by Hub have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 022000404 made by Hub as well as the popular 1160Max original spares produced by Dodge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 08UCBN2A8 by Falk and 022193990 spares by Hub are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1580W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hub.
