Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Idc TM82-EK-2SC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ifm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ilsemann product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifm such as the TN7531 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FP35R12KT4 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H0F70070433 by Manufacturer Ilsemann as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ifm Brand AC5215 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Idec such as EC4AC16R2 equipment made by Idec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SERVOPRO1500LM made by Iis as well as the popular RP1079C101 original spares produced by Idx

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FC4AD20RS1 by Idec and EC4AC16R2 spares by Idec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
