Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Iee 05464ASSY31260-03A / 03900-99A1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Iko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Image-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Iko such as the LWLF24CS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DP09177 manufactured by Image-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Image-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10904684B1201 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Imaging-Source Brand pci22096 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Iko such as LRXHG20 equipment made by Iko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iko" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G1502s made by Ifm as well as the popular PM100RL1A060 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN1024 by Ifm and LRXHG20 spares by Iko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
