Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ifm OG5053, OGH-FPKG/US parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Marconi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Image-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Marconi such as the 6923 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L10MQC15669235 manufactured by Image-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Image-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IN313TA1 by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indramat Brand DAGO12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Iis such as DBM50030R equipment made by Iis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iis" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RU1052RU10000I05L2 made by Ifm as well as the popular FWAMTCNC00415VRSNN original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CCD011ke02fw by Indramat and DBM50030R spares by Iis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KSU55 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indel.
