Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Image Automation PL9002-DP-09093 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ims products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ims such as the 10424212ZNHOUSING spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R911253922 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10908524B0107 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indeeco Brand 713U474200B5518 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mdrive such as MDIF22314E equipment made by Mdrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mdrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mdrive" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 94163 made by Indel as well as the popular DMD021W082N original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IM1007NRAM1 by Ims and MDIF22314E spares by Mdrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
