Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Imagenation PXC-200L-02 , PXC-200AL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ims products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ims such as the LE2DE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDS11100300W0115 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1094683205a4 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indramat Brand HDS042W200NHS1201F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Imec such as SA60200101 equipment made by Imec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Imec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Imec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A19242CNS32621409 made by Imaje as well as the popular 10910453A0106 original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDC22314 by Ims and SA60200101 spares by Imec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CONTROLLERCARD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat.
