Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Imi Tech IMC-11FT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Innovative-Technology product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the HDS032W100NHS3401FW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC090A0RD20 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PTE0801S101 by Manufacturer Innovative-Technology as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indramat Brand 112A0VD3C130A0S005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Innolux such as G150XGEL04 equipment made by Innolux have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Innolux products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Innolux" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DSK11W100ADA0101 made by Indramat as well as the popular DLC11 original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RS21P10E by Industrial-Gold and G150XGEL04 spares by Innolux are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S6961 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Industrial-Devices.
