Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Indramat TVM1.2-050-220/300/W0/115/220 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lenze product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the BDS4A203J0001105A2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 265039 manufactured by Itd and we are pleased to be able to service most Itd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EVS9324EP by Manufacturer Lenze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kawasaki Brand 506071091 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jiang such as WDS36V1 equipment made by Jiang have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jiang products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jiang" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SV0300IS74NOD made by Lg as well as the popular 10MB90B20CBCR original spares produced by Magne-Corp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 338604E by Lenze and WDS36V1 spares by Jiang are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GPD515CB034 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetek.
